Genesis International Products

Genesis International's all-electronic sensors offer superior reliability with no moving parts, no pumps, and no filters to replace, eliminating common issues like clogs or inefficiency over time. Each sensor is mounted directly in the monitored space and continuously checks every 2 seconds, ensuring real-time detection with no downtime between zones. Unlike pump-based systems, which require tubing and costly filter replacements, our sensors need no such maintenance. Additionally, our modular system allows for seamless mixing and matching of sensor types and easy retrofitting to accommodate new refrigerants, all without the need for a complete system overhaul

Pump-based sampling systems rely on pumps to pull air from monitored zones through long tubing to a central panel for analysis. This process is inherently slow, as the system must cycle through each zone one by one, often taking 10-30 minutes or more to return to a zone where a potential leak has occurred. The reliance on pumps introduces multiple points of failure, such as kinks in the tubing or clogged filters, which further delay detection and reduce overall efficiency. These systems also require regular maintenance, including frequent replacement of end-of-line filters that can easily clog, adding ongoing costs and downtime to maintain system performance.
